Pricing and Insurance

Prices 

As with all specialised referral services, pricing takes into account: 

• The complexity of the case 
• The time required to treat it 
• Time and costs associated with our vets’ specialised qualifications 

We won’t be able to provide a detailed estimate until we’ve seen your patient, but we’re always happy to discuss costs and provide estimates of fees involved before commencing with treatment.  

Insured pets  

If the pet is insured, we’ll do all we can to claim payment directly from the insurer, so your client doesn’t have to pay the full amount at the time of treatment.  

Clients who are not insured will need to pay in full at the time of treatment. Please do let us know if there are extenuating circumstances.
